Ten Truths About Gambling

Here are my personal observations about gambling and also some personal experiences out of playing and being in a casino on cruise.

1. The perseverance, money and time invested generate more damage, pain and loss to the body, mind and spirit than rewards.

2. Gambling can never make a person rich.

3. Out of ten gambles, a person loses eleven times. The extra one---family.

4. A person who wins it all in gambling eventually loses it all as well along the way; usually a surprise attack.

5. The fruits of gambling are greed, fear, sleeplessness, anxieties, anger, agitated mind and restlessness.

6. Gambling is addictive. If you want thrill, find it else where.

7. The best remedy to gambling is NEVER TO START no matter how fun and seductive it is.

8. Money is energy. The more you respect it, the bigger it grows.

9. Gambling is NEVER a win-win.

10. Gambling is one of the fastest way to go unconscious of your own existence.
